Howdy. This site is the poetry blog for Brian Thedell. There are occasional essays (usually relating to poetry), but this blog is mainly my poems, and also poems that have inspired me. Also, something about song lyrics. I try to update at least once a week month.

I have somewhat more “edited” chapbooks available in Kindle format through Amazon self-publishing: A Sudden Taste Of Blood On The Lip**, and American Method.

There are various ways to contact me, most of which are listed in my chapbooks. I figure if you are serious enough to get your hands on one of those, I owe you my attention. Beyond that avenue, I guess you can leave a comment in one of my more recent posts, and I can get back to you. I do check posts regularly, if only to clear out the spam (forever alone)…

Finally, I generally try to make the New Poetic Brew poetry readings, held every third Tuesday at Rebecca’s Coffee House in San Diego’s “South Park” neighborhood. If you’d like to hear me read live, well there you go.
